Why "OiO"?
Having grown up quite literally immersed in the olive groves of the valleys around Verona, chef Leonardo De Paoli created OiO as a tribute to his origins and extra virgin olive oil: one of the great ingredients of Italian cuisine, from north to south.
"Oio" means oil in most of Italian dialects
